All passengers traveling to Kenya MUST complete a Health declaration form within the 72 hours prior to the flight. Passengers will be required to display the corresponding QR codes to port health officials for them to be allowed to proceed to arrival immigration. You can apply for this Health declaration E-Form using our website.

Fill out Kenya Tourist e-visa application form online and provide digital copies of the following documents:

01. Passport copy: A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport. Copy of passport front cover.

02. Passport Front Cover: A clear scan/photo of the front cover of your passport.

03. Passport-type photograph: A digital passport-type photograph taken within the last 6 months. This may be taken using a cell phone against a white wall provided if it meets the standards of a passport-type photograph.

04. Proof of accommodation: A copy of hotel reservations or other lodgings for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on the reservation.

05. Itinerary: A copy of round trip tickets or detailed itinerary for the duration of the trip. The applicant's name must be on itinerary.

Additional information

Children under 16 years old are exempted from requiring a Kenyan tourist visa and are not required to submit an application.

For minor applicants, please provide a copy of a parent’s passport bio-data page.

Fill out Kenya Business e-visa application form online and provide digital copies of the following documents:

01. Passport copy: A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport. Copy of passport front cover.

02. Passport Front Cover: A clear scan/photo of the front cover of your passport.

04. Host's ID: Staff ID/Passport copy of the person who signed the Invitation Letter.

05. Business registration: Copy of registration certificate from inviting company.

06. Business invitation: A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in the destination country. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Kenya, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines: Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant). State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in the destination country. Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (i.e. a one year multiple entry business visa).

07. Business Support Letter: A support letter from the sending company which introduces the applicant, states the nature of the trip, and specifies the type and desired validity of the visa,where it is specified that the reason for the stay is exclusively for business, commercial negotiations, etc

07. Copies of previous Kenya visasr: If you have previous visas within the last year
