01. Sri Lanka visa application form. For online orders, please download, print and sign Sri Lanka visa application, prepared by our system under your account.

02. Original, signed United Kingdom passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings.

03. Passport Photo: 2 Include a passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months. You may also choose to upload a photo to your order for us to print. There is a surcharge associated with this service.

04. Passport copy. Photocopy of the bio-data page of applicant’s passport.

05. Negative COVID-19 test result. An applicant must provide a negative PCR Covid 19 test 72 hours before arrival.

06. COVID-19 Test Result. Be tested again upon arrival. A third test will be given on day 7.

07. Additional Requirements. All travelers must apply for an online visa and commit to a minimum of 14 days in the country.

Travelers must stay within one of 52 properties for the first 14 days of their trip .
No preferential treatment will be given to travelers who have been vaccinated. All travelers including those who have been vaccinated must follow the Covid testing rules and stay at designated hotels for the first 14 days.
All travelers will be required to complete a health declaration form upon arrival that states they are not suffering from symptoms of Covid-19. Temperature upon arrival will also be recorded.
All travelers must be able to provide proof of a round trip plane ticket and sufficient funds to cover expenses while in Sri Lanka.
Please provide the following documents to obtain visa for children under 16 years:

• Consent letter from the parents.
• Copy of the parents’ marriage certificate.
• Copy of the child’s birth certificate.
• Copies of parent’s passports.

04. Employment Letter. Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job. The Employment letter must be addressed to the High Commission of Sri Lanka. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund. The documents shouldn’t be older than 1 month.

05. Business Letter. Business letter from the host company in Sri Lanka explaining the purpose of the trip, dates of travel and guaranteeing sufficient funds.The letter needs to be addressed to the Consulate of Sri Lanka, dated no more than 1 month old, should include original signature.

06. Passport copy. Photocopy of the bio-data page of applicant’s passport.
