You can apply for a Tourist and Business e Visa with Best Same Day. This section contains the basic information about each one and their requirements. You don’t have to visit the Chinese consulate to get these visas; you will only need to complete the application form and submit it for approval.

Fill out China Tourist visa (l) application form online and send the following documents to Best Same Day:

02. Original passport. The passport must be valid at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the destination country and has at least 2 blank visa pages.

04. Proof of status. A NOTARIZED copy of Green Card (both sides) or other proof of legal status in the US (such as copy of I-20, US visa, H1B approval notice, etc. Best Same Day cannot assist US B1/B2 visa holders at this time.) Must have at least 6 months of remaining validity, no extensions accepted.
05. Proof of residency. Copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address.
06. Previous visas. If you no longer have possession of your previous Chinese visa you may include a letter to the Chinese consulate explaining when and where you received your previous visa and how the passport and visa were lost. The issuance of a new visa will be at the discretion of the consulate.
07. Where You Stay Form (hard copy). Please download and complete the form.
08. A hotel reservation or an Invitation Letter. A hotel reservations AND round trip tickets (or detailed itinerary) OR Chinese Agency Invitation. If your travel is being organized by a tour group in China, an official signed and stamped Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by Duly Authorized Tourism Unit in China can be used in place of the hotel reservation.

04. Business invitation (soft copy). A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in China. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the “Consulate of China, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager and stamped with the company seal. The business letter must include the following information:
05. Business Support Letter (soft copy). If working for an NGO, non-profit organization or Government a letter from the employer in the United States. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the “Consulate of China, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The letter should indicate the nature of the trip to China, have a job title and a job description.
06. Proof of status. A NOTARIZED copy of Green Card (both sides) or other proof of legal status in the US (such as copy of I-20, US visa, H1B approval notice, etc. Best Sameday cannot assist US B1/B2 visa holders at this time.) Must have at least 6 months of remaining validity, no extensions accepted.
07. Previous visas. 08. Current Valid Visa. If you possess a valid Chinese visa under one visa class and are looking to obtain a new one under a different visa class, you must submit the passport the visa is contained in as well as complete the Consent form.
09. Proof of residency. Copy of driver's license, state issued ID, or major utility bill (Water, Gas, Electric, Sewage) for the most recent month, showing the applicant's name and current address. Please note: address must match the address on the application form.
10. Where You Stay Form (hard copy). Please download and complete the form.
11. Military Service or Law Enforcement (soft copy). If you have ever served in a military, compose a statement detailing your role, time period of service, and specialized training received. This statement must be addressed to “Consulate of China, Visa Section”, signed & dated.
12. Travels to Turkey (soft copy). Please download and complete the form.

Born in or Ancestry of China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan. • The applicant's name in Chinese characters in section 1.6H (as it was on the last Chinese passport); • Copy of Naturalization Certificate; The issuing authority of China could also request at their discretion any document below: • Copy of old Green Card; • Copy of Birth Certificate; • Copy of the court order or marriage certificate showing the name change If the applicant's name has changed since birth; • Copy of the information page from your Chinese, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwanese passport. NOTE: If your old passport has not been canceled, you will be required to submit the original passport with your application; • Copies of parent’s passport biographics page, birth certificates, green cards, or naturalization certificates.
