Requirements

  • DS-11 Passport Application (Click here to complete the passport application).
  • Gather Evidence of US Citizenship.
  • Driver’s License or State ID
  • Passport Photographs – We do offer passport photos with a cost of $25, if you’d like to opt for it.
  • US Government Fees:
    • Passport Book: $190 or Passport Book and Card: $220
    • Passport Execution Fees: $35 [Payable at Post office during the application sealing process]
  • Authorization Letter
  • Only if Damaged – A letter explaining how it was damaged, sample letter –(Click Here)
Important Points:
  • Your signature must match the one on your ID or previous passport.
  • If your signature has changed, let us know – we can provide a letter of explanation.
  • We do not guarantee approval, as passports are issued by the U.S. Department of State.
  • We do guarantee on-time delivery if your application is approved.
  • There is an ongoing investigation (city, state, or federal level) under your name.
  • You owe taxes or child support.
  • The Dept. of State cannot verify your identity.
  • No refunds are issued unless there’s a delay on our end in submitting the application (this has never happened).
  • Delays caused by the agency or applicant’s background do not qualify for a refund.
