Requirements
- DS-11 Passport Application (Click here to complete the passport application).
- Gather Evidence of US Citizenship.
- Driver’s License or State ID
- Passport Photographs – We do offer passport photos with a cost of $25, if you’d like to opt for it.
- US Government Fees:
- Passport Book: $190 or Passport Book and Card: $220
- Passport Execution Fees: $35 [Payable at Post office during the application sealing process]
- Authorization Letter
- Only if Damaged – A letter explaining how it was damaged, sample letter –(Click Here)
- Your signature must match the one on your ID or previous passport.
- If your signature has changed, let us know – we can provide a letter of explanation.
- We do not guarantee approval, as passports are issued by the U.S. Department of State.
- We do guarantee on-time delivery if your application is approved.
- There is an ongoing investigation (city, state, or federal level) under your name.
- You owe taxes or child support.
- The Dept. of State cannot verify your identity.
- No refunds are issued unless there’s a delay on our end in submitting the application (this has never happened).
- Delays caused by the agency or applicant’s background do not qualify for a refund.
