Documents required for Canada Tourist Visa:

Canada Tourist Visa Application And Documents Required For Non-U.S Citizens 

 1. Visa application form: Please ensure that you have completed and signed the visa application form in its entirety.

2. Original passport: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country. Additionally, it should have at least 2 blank visa pages.

3. Passport-type photograph: Please provide a digital passport-type photograph taken within the last 6 months. The photo should show a full front view of the head and tops of the shoulders, with the face positioned in the middle. The size of the head, from chin to crown, must fall within the range of 31mm to 36mm.

4. Family Information Form: One fully completed and signed Family Information Form is required.

5. Itinerary: Please include flight and hotel reservations as part of your application.

6. Previous passports: It is necessary to include your old passport, previous visa stamps, and entry and exit stamps in your application.

7. Authorization Letter: One fully completed and signed Use of Representative Form is required.

Additional forms:

  • Two completed Consent Forms.
  • One completed Checklist Form and Temporary Resident visa checklist form.
  • One fully completed and signed Common Law Union Form (if applicable).
